KLA has seven principles in the “Student Creed” for students and seven in the “Teacher Creed” for teachers, supporting each student’s growth and dreams based on these respective values

Student Creed

  • Have dreams and goals, and strive toward them
  • Study with a spirit of gratitude
  • Greet others brightly and energetically on your own initiative

Teacher Creed

  • We value each individual
  • We strive to create classes for our students
  • We maintain a humble attitude and continuously study and grow
  • We interact with students both gently and strictly
  • We find students’ strengths, praise them, and help them grow
  • We interact with students from a global perspective
  • We ourselves enjoy teaching

The “Student Creed” contains seven aspirations for the kind of students we want to nurture. These are all basic principles, yet easily overlooked. Precisely because they are “fundamentals,” we cherish these values.

The “Teacher Creed” outlines the seven principles that KLA’s faculty values. At KLA, we conduct our daily classes based on the “Teacher Creed” as our fundamental policy and philosophy.
