Required Documents

Admission requires designated documents (application form and resume), final education certificate, Japanese language proficiency certificate (JLPT N5 or above equivalent), passport copy, and 6 photographs. Applicants from applicable countries must also submit a tuberculosis non-disease certificate.

4cm (H) × 3cm (W), taken within the last 3 months. Write your name, nationality, and date of birth on the back of each photo.
