Required Documents

Admission requires designated documents (application form and resume), final education certificate, Japanese language proficiency certificate (JLPT N5 or above equivalent), passport copy, and 6 photographs. Applicants from applicable countries must also submit a tuberculosis non-disease certificate.

2	Resume	KLA designated form	Fill in educational and employment history with no gaps. Include complete school addresses. Write the statement of purpose in detail, aligned with your educational and employment history.
3	Final Education Graduation Certificate	Original	Original graduation certificate or diploma (or certificate of enrollment if currently attending)
4	Final Education Graduation Certificate	Original	Original transcript showing grades from admission to graduation
５	Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate *1	Original	Original document proving Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N5 or above, or certificate of 150+ hours of study from a local Japanese language school
6	Tuberculosis Non-Disease Certificate *2	Original	Original (only for applicable countries). Must be examined at a designated medical institution (https://www.mhlw.go.jp/content/001471856.pdf)
7	Passport	Copy	If you have entered Japan before, submit copies of pages showing entry/exit stamps
8	Photographs (6 copies)		4cm (H) × 3cm (W), taken within the last 3 months. Write your name, nationality, and date of birth on the back of each photo.
